A calmer home screenAI-Public now has a calmer home screen, with more focus on the prompt field and navigation on the left. Find previous chats under Search and actions. The options you see on the home screen depend on your access and how your environment is set up.
SharePoint folder as a central knowledge sourceAdministrators can now connect a SharePoint folder to the AI-Public knowledge base. Documents in the folder and its subfolders are processed and updated automatically. This allows teams to make work instructions and process documents available from a single central source, for example, while respecting the existing knowledge base permissions.
Knowledge Bank updated, knowledge saved personallyThe updated Knowledge Bank helps you find information with a single search. You can pin items and save your own notes. Ask AI-Public to remember something in a chat or voice conversation; that knowledge may come in handy again later.
