Functions

Via Functions you determine which functions employees may use. AI-Public has no student settings here.

At environment level, you choose Allow or Block for each function. Only add an organization or location exception when it needs to differ from the default. Without an exception, the parent setting is inherited; a higher-level block cannot be overridden at a lower level.

The centrally managed employee functions are:

• voice chat;
• create documents and HTML;
• MCP and connectors.

Provider-specific tools are managed separately under Tools. Daily quotas remain under Restrictions.
